FIELD: development of process systems for laser welding and cutting. SUBSTANCE: known device has cavity and adjustable- curvature mirror; cavity is unstable only in one plane while in other plane orthogonal with respect to first one it uses stable cavity circuit arrangement; adjustable mirror is made so that it bends only in one plane and its bending plane coincides with stability plane of mentioned cavity. Pulse-period mode of laser operation in this device is also implemented due to modulation of cavity losses. EFFECT: provision for stabilizing spatial radiation parameters in pulse-period laser when using only fully reflecting mirrors which makes it possible to use this device at high radiation power levels. |
