FIELD: biotechnology, medicine. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparing and use of the purified fractions of polysaccharide exudate from the definite species of plants Astragalus. Method of isolation, purification and modification of tragacanth resin polysaccharide fraction from plant Astragalus involves removing the natural cations from water-soluble fraction using ion-exchange resin, isolation of polysaccharide product by evaporation or precipitation with lower alcohol and extraction of polysaccharide product with lower alcohol taken from the group methanol, ethanol and isopropanol for product sterilization and removing the low-molecular impurities. Product can be used in medicine for immune-dependent diseases. EFFECT: improved method of preparing and purification. |
