FIELD: renew and laying railroad switch point rails links. SUBSTANCE: crane has frame rested at running carriages. Two pairs of struts with cantilevers in upper parts are mounted on end parts of frame using turning-supporting devices with capability to turn around vertical axes. Girder with load lifting equipment rests on cantilevers using carriages with rollers. Girder is mounted on each pair of struts with capability of limited turning around the vertical axes. In case girder is turning around vertical axis on one of its end part second its end part is not fixed in respect of vertical axis located on the end part and is capable to move transversely to the crane.
