METHOD FOR PRODUCTION OF ELASTIC POLYURETHANE FOAM

FIELD: production of elastic polyurethane foam. SUBSTANCE: polyurethane foam is prepared by interaction of polyester and water with toluylene diisocyanate. Said process is carried out in the presence of foam stabilizing agent and system of catalysts, quantity of said catalytic system is 0.3-2.2 mass parts per 100 mass parts of polyether. Mentioned above catalytic system comprises derivative of diaminodiethyl ether (its quantity being 0.10-1.10 mass parts), tertiary amine (its quantity being 0.05-0.60 mass parts), butyl sulfooleate of ammonium (its quantity being 0.10-1.00 mass parts). Tetramethyl aminodiethyl ether or dimorpholinodiethyl ether is used as mentioned above derivative of diaminodiethyl ether. EFFECT: decreases residual deformation of polyurethane foam.
