FIELD: chemical technology, more particularly manufacture of ozone-safe coolants such as 1-fluoro-1,1-dichloroethane, 1,1-difluoro-1-chloroethane, 1,1,1-trifluoroethane (coolants 141c, 142b and 143a respectively). SUBSTANCE: claimed process comprises recovering liquid mixture of coolants 141b and 142c and hydrogen fluoride and separating this mixture. The claimed process is novel in that said liquid mixture is contacted with tin tetrachloride al-elevated temperature and pressure when coolants 141b and 142c are removed in current of the resulting hydrogen, hydrogen chloride is absorbed with water from the removed product to give hydrochloric acid, and organic products are neutralized, conderised and separated by rectification. Gas stream is directed from the stage where liquid mixture of coolants 141b, 142c and hydrogen fluoride is recovered from hydrofluorination products for absorption of hydrogen chloride, when said liquid mixture is contacted with tin tetrachloride per 1 mole of hydrogen fluoride, this mixture additionally comprises up to 1.12 mole of vinylidene chloride or 1,1,1-trichloroethane. Contacting is carried out preferably at 3-21 atm and 50-150 C. EFFECT: more efficient process of separation of products. 4 cl, 2 tbl |
