FIELD: medicine, particular, orthopedics and traumatology. SUBSTANCE: method of treatment of joint surface of femur condyle includes its plasty by auto-allotransplant. Taken from kneepan 1 is transplant 7 together with cortilaginous tegmentum and a part of musculus quadriceps femoris 3 attaching to it. Transplant is partially split, and transplant 9 is introduced into formed diastasis so that bone conglomerate assumes the shape of injured condyle to be implanted into place of absent part of femur bone. EFFECT: higher efficiency of treatment. |
