FIELD: processing of elastomer products and their production wastes into fine crumbs for repeated use as raw materials. SUBSTANCE: device for crushing of elastomers and their production wastes has loading bin, crusher, cryocooler, supplying-shutoff devices, air compressor, mixer and vessels with coolant. Chambers of cryocooler are arranged vertically and successively one after another with crusher between them. Supplying-shutoff device is located between lower end of the upper chamber and crusher, between the crusher and the upper end of the lower chamber, and at the outlet of cryocooler. Air compressor is connected with the lower end of the lower chamber, and the mixer inlets are connected to upper end of lower chamber and to vessel with liquid coolant, and mixer outlet is connected with lower end of the upper chamber. Such functional cooling system ensures cooling of raw material in the upper chamber with cold air, which is preliminary cooled in lower chamber from ground raw material and additionally cooled in mixer with liquid coolant. EFFECT: higher efficiency. |
