Bio-active substance, possessing immune-modulating properties, incorporating in its contents water soluble organic compound hydrolysis products of animal finely ground tissue ingredients; in hydrolysis the product composition incorporates thermo-stable, low-molecular components of morpho-plasma and glucocalix cells. These components are modified during the processes of embrio-genesis and/or proliferation, and/or cell differentiation, and/or pathology, followed by and/or after the already accomplished tissue regeneration and/or repair processes.The method of production of the bio-active substance with immune-modulating properties incorporates the operations of clean raw-material grinding, hydrolysis of ground product, filtering of the hydrolysis product, and supernatant evolution. The raw material consists of morpho-plasma and glucocalix cell components, and, before hydrolysis it is homogenized and cleaned of non-dissociated tissue elements.The human and animal physiological state normalization preparation consists of a bio-active substance and a filling agent. The bio-active substance in its hydrolysis product composition incorporates thermo-stable low-molecular modified morpho-plasma and glucocalix cell components (from 0.001 to 85%) and the remaining part is filling agent.The preparation is used to normalize human physiologic state using pharmacologically efficient quantity.
