PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a heat resistant adhesive excellent in heat resistance, tackiness, drapeness, adhesiveness to compound materials, toughness, peeling strength at a high temperature, etc., by laying a tackifying layer having a specific thickness on the surface of a specific film layer. SOLUTION: (A) On the surface of a (reinforced) film layer containing 100 pts.wt aromatic bismaleimide (A1 ) expressed by the formula [X is CH2 , C(CH3 )2 , SO2 , SO or O], 36-100 pts.wt. alkenylphenol (A2 ) such as 2,2'-diallylbisphenol A, etc., 0.01-5 pts.wt. curing catalyst (A3 ) such as a radial catalyst, a redox catalyst, etc., and 100-700 pts.wt. polyimide (A4 ) soluble in a solvent and obtained from a silicone diamene [e.g.α,ω-bis(3-aminopropyl)polydimethylsiloxane] containing 1-50% siloxane units based on the total weight and another diamine ingredient and an acid anhydride, (B) 1-100μm resin tackifying layer (e.g. containing the components A1 and A2 ) is coated.
