The invention relates to a sealing device making it possible , in particular to attach anti-parking marker stones or posts into the ground, giving them the possibility of withstanding impacts without being destroyed. It consists of a connection plate (6) integral with an elastic attachment (5) fixed at the centre of a sealed-in tube (1). When horizontal force is exerted on a marker stone fixed to the plate (6), a lever arm is created between the bearing edge of the plate (6) and its centre, which tends to return the marker stone to its initial position. <IMAGE> |
