The toothbrush has a handle (3), with a reservoir to hold toothpaste, and a removable or fixed brush head. The reservoir can be refilled through a hole in the end of the handle closed by a screw. A cursor in the handle pushes the toothpaste on to the head. The cursor is moved by pressure of the fingers on a semi-rigid membrane in the upper part of the handle. The shaft of the head (7) is screwed into a threaded hole in the end of the handle through which the toothpaste passes.
