Seal arrangement in which a neck section (23) is joined to a first circular sealing section (17) and extended through the opening (3). A second circular sealing section (24) is joined to the neck section and is in engagement between the edge (2) of the mouth and the ring plate (6). The first sealing section has a lower bulge (18). This is shaped to fit in a channel (19) formed in an upper surface of the outflow pipe (4).
