An actuating pin attached to a control shaft (4) drives one or more selector pins of the gearbox in a reciprocating manner in a given direction (D). The actuating pin (31,32) is secured to the shaft by elastic connectors (17,17a,23,23a) which allow a limited displacement (e) of the pin relative to the shaft in the given direction. The amount of relative displacement allowed is less than the displacement required to actuate the selector pin (s). The actuating pin may be attached to the shaft by engagement with a projecting axis (16) and a pair of spring blades (17). Alternatively, it may be formed as a coaxial body fitting over the shaft and secured by a transverse pin (21) and elastic stop members (23). |
