Consists of a triangular shaped chassis(1), and a second crossbar(2), which is designed to contain a battery(3) and its support(4) as well as a motor-reduction gear(5) fixed below the support(4). At the two ends of the chassis are bearings(6) into which wheel axles can be inserted. The assembly can be lowered into an horizontal position so as to permit the fixing of a third wheel. The crossbar(2) is fixed to the outer part of the end bearings(6). It has also attachments(7,9) which are fixed to the chassis for pulling/guiding when in the two wheel position or three wheel position. When the battery is attached it acts as a counter balance to permit perfect balancing in the two or three wheel position.
