The invention concerns a finisher for shoe and sole repair, being inserted in a finisher case (1), wherein said scouring unit (8) comprises one or more motor-driven sanding belts (2, 2') running on wheels (4, 4', 5, 5'), said wheels having a radius of curvature comparable to the inner curve of shoes to be scoured, said one or more sanding belts (2, 2') having a width comparable to the width of the heels and soles to be scoured, one or more edge setters (6, 6') can be positioned above and/or beside one or more of said sanding belts in a way to delimit the accessible scouring surface to the width of the soles and heels to be finished, allowing to be used as a shoe support and preventing a slip of the shoe leather into said sanding belt.
