The digging-free pipe laying is for any arbitrary underground conditions. For the pipe laying between the start (1) and finish shafts (2), that can be later used as inspection shafts, is used conventional driving technology such that a prefab., or underground completed drain element consists of a drive pipe (6), left in the ground, or retractable. The drain element consists of the drive pipe, an annular chamber (13) filled with a fitter medium (15), and a filter tube (11). Pref. the start shaft contains jacking drive mechanism (5) for the pipes.
