摘要 FIELD: wind-electric power plants generating electricity at low-speed wind flows. SUBSTANCE: wind-electric power plant has tower, windwheel with shaft, step-up gear, drive dispensing device for shaping wind flows that incorporates flywheel, coupling, generator, and process line incorporating starting gear; it is also provided with coupling device, additional self-contained flow step-up gears, mechanical brake, additional gear wheel, and intermediate shaft; dispensing device is built integral with step-up gear drive to form single multiple-flow dispensing step-up gear drive incorporating input slow-speed shaft with large central gear wheel and a number of output shafts arranged on periphery, on one side, and in parallel with small gear wheels; each high-speed output shaft of multiple-flow dispensing step-up gear drive is coupled in working flow with slow-speed input shaft of additional intermediate shaft loosely passed through hollow high-speed output shaft of multiple-flow dispensing step-up gear drive that separates coupling device on windwheel side and additional self-contained step-up gear on opposite side relative to multiple-flow dispensing step-up gear drive; high-speed output shaft of additional self-contained step-up gear in working flow is coupled with flywheel and in process flow, with brake and starting gear via additional gear wheel combined with drum brake. Coupling device may by made in the form of disengageable multidisk friction coupling with drive provided with reduction unit and motor interconnected in series in disengageable coupling drive incorporating screw-nut pair; screw is joined with reduction unit output shaft and nut, with disengageable coupling pusher. Windwheel shaft may be made hollow and coupled with output shaft of multiple-flow step-up gear drive via gear coupling incorporating drive members of blade operating system. Plant brake may be of mechanical, shoe or electromagnetic type. Additional self-contained step-up gears are secured on case of dispensing multiple- flow step-up gear drive coaxially relative to its output shaft, for example, through flange joint. EFFECT: improved reliability and safety in operation, enlarged range of suited environmental conditions, improved efficiency due to provision for plant starting at sub-zero temperatures and operation at slow speeds of wind flows; reduced material input at minimized volume and size of gondola; reduced loads acting on power structure of plant; improved service life of plant. 12 cl, 4 dwg
