FIELD: production of eye lenses. SUBSTANCE: method and apparatus for production of eye lenses provides for monomer pumping through to one end of gas permeable tube and inside it along its whole length under simultaneous maintaining in chamber, that surrounds gas permeable tube, pressure, that is below atmospheric pressure, by vacuum pump. It is preferable, that gas permeable tube is made of silicon-organic rubber. Static mixers exercise mixing in monomer flow inside tube to subject monomer volume to action of gas permeable walls of tube. Under the circumstances in gas permeable tube bigger share of dissolved gasses is removed from monomer and the rest continues to be drawn from chamber by coupled to it pump. Degassed monomer is transferred into form, in which it is polymerized into eye lens. EFFECT: improved process. |
