FIELD: machine engineering, namely operations of rolling out such as cone and shaped rollers, races of high-accuracy bearing units. SUBSTANCE: rolling out rolls are mounted in such a way that their axes are mutually parallel. Outer surface of rolls is circular; driving roll includes lengthwise groove with intake portion along periphery of roll. Parts are periodically pushed along rolls at time moment when said lengthwise groove is placed in opposite relative to parts. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of parts, lowered maintenance cost. |
