Vacuum detection system for vacuum switch tube

The vacuum detection system uses spectral analysis of detected acoustic oscillations in the ultrasonic range, for evaluating the vacuum of the vacuum switch tube during its operation. The sound generated by the switching of the vacuum switch tube and/or sound supplied to the vacuum switch tube by a separate emitter is detected by an acoustic transducer in the form of a microphone, an expansion measuring strip, or an accelerometer, with subsequent analysis of the frequency or amplitude spectrum of the detected sound.
