The device (1) has a feed ratchet (6) which is insertable and fixable in building opening (4). It has a cover plate (7) attachable to feed ratchet. The outer measurements of the cover plate are chosen such that it covers the building opening from the outer side. There is a seal (10) around the edge of the cover plate which lies on the building outside wall (2). The feed ratchet consists of cross-shaped metal pipes (15-17) which have threaded bushes at their ends (20-25) and in which tensioning screws (28-33) are arranged.
