The cable harness consists of power cords (12), a first resin layer (A) and a second resin layer (B). The first resin layer comprises a deepening (11) which is formed so that it proceeds along a predetermined transfer path of the power cords. The second resin layer is connected firmly with the first resin layer, so that it covers the deepening of the first resin layer. The power cords (l2) are arranged in the deepening. The second resin layer is layered through vacuum-forming. The first resin layer is pref. formed as a three-dimensional structure, and the second resin layer consists of a thermoplastic foil which is softer than the first resin layer.
