The arrangement consists of a heating element and at least one active power component (T1... Tn) which controls and/or regulates the heating performance of the heating element, whereby the at least one active power component is used as the heating element. The active power component is pref. a field effect transistor (FET), and the arrangement pref. comprises a unit existing of temperature regulators, calculation unit, such as multiplication unit, and current regulators.
