The arrangement contains devices which are arranged in the airstream, and which convert the energy of the inflowing air into rotational energy to thereby produce a current. A rotor is arranged on an outside and furnished with sheets, and a stator is arranged on an inside of the devices. Several rotors have pref. parallelly arranged axes, and may stand horizontally or vertically. Movable and fixed air guiding arrangements are pref. provided to optimize the air-flow onto the sheets of the rotor.
