The scraping board (1) has a synthetic base element (2), which is in the form of a panel, and has a handle on one side and a working surface (4) on the other. An exchangeable working plate (5) is fastened to the working surface. The plate has lugs (6) which project through recesses (7) in the base element, and which are retained by at least one clamping strip (8). The latter makes a connection between the working surface and plate, and engages with the lugs in the regions which project above the surface of the element. The board may have two identical clamping strips, in order to make the connection, and these may be able to be fastened parallel to the longitudinal direction of the working plate.
