PURPOSE:To provide a forming machine, with which respectively shaped large- sized civil engineering concrete product are formed by instant demolding system. CONSTITUTION:Vibrators are provided respectively to four-way side split molds 8, an upper surface press plate 16 and a lower surface boosting plate 3. At the same time, reinforcing steel plate is provided onto the rear surface of a large-sized surface pallet P. The surface pallet P, which is placed on the lower surface boosting plate 3, is lifted with lower cylinders 7 up to the primary lifted position. At the above-mentioned position, molds are assembled on the surface pallet P so as to charge material in the assembled mold. Then, the surface pallet P is lifted up to the secondary lifted position while being applied with vibration, resulting in uniformly and densely compacting the concrete by being pinched from above and below and vibrated. |
