<p>PURPOSE:To provide a super lock mechanism for an emergency without damaging the burglary preventing function of a super lock mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A safety lock mechanism for a vehicle door lock device with a super lock mechanism comprises a lock lever 17 switched to a lock position and an unlock position, a super lock member 55 to bring the lock lever 17 into a non-switcheable state, and a motor 53 for driving the super lock member 55. The motor 53 causes operation of the super lock member 55 in a release direction by operating a switch 67 at hand to the unlock side when it can be recognized that at least either an ignition key switch 65 or a driver detection switch 66 is in an ON-state and a vehicle is in an operating state.</p> |
