The plate contains 40-200 parts particularly 50-100 parts, inert filler, with average particle size below 0.02mm, per 100 parts PVC. Pref. the filler consists of CaCO3 or dolomite of particle size 0.001-0.1 mm and is pref. surface treated, for example with Ca stearate. The PVC pref. has a K value of 50-65. The plates can be screened easily, have good image reproduction, as well as mechanical and chemical resistance to the pressure process. |
