Disclosed is a skin-food cosmetic composition containing, as the active ingredient, at least one compound of the formula (I): <CHEM> R<1> represents an alkyl group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms; R<2> represents an alkyl group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms, an alkenyl group having 2 to 6 carbon atoms, or a cycloalkyl cycloalkyl group having 3 to 7 carbon atoms; and X represents -O- or -NH-. This is useful for preventing the skin from being roughened, chapped or cracked, or from being aged. |
