Cement-bound constructional component

The component is baked or dried in a mould to form a block. The filler material consists of sand and mostly whole seashells. The bonding material can include seashell(sic) lime. One or more of the block surfaces can be polished, and a heater element can be mounted in or on it, with connections to a central-heating system. The mixture used can contain a colouring agent.
