<p>NEW MATERIAL:A compound expressed by formula I [R<1> is H or R<3>CO- (R<3> is lower alkyl); R<2> is H, CH3 or C2H5; A is expressed by formula II, formula III, formula IV, formula V or formula VI; W is H or 1-4 pieces of halogen or alkyl substituted to nucleus]. EXAMPLE:2-(trans-1-nonenyl)-3-methyl-4-quinolone. USE:Used as medicine. The compound has antagonism against leukotriene D4 and increasing action of cerebral blood flow from heart and is useful for remedy of immunopathy and disease of brain effectively affecting immunogen important in retention of organism of mammals containing human to cardiac blood flow. PREPARATION:A compound expressed by formula VII (W' is W, alkoxy or acyl; R<2> is H, CH3 or C2H5) is reacted with a compound expressed by formula VIII [Y is Li, Na, K, Mg, LiCu or R<4>2Al (R<4> is 1-8C alkyl, etc.), etc.; Z is -CH=CH- or -CidenticalC-; n is valence of metal Y] to afford the compound expressed by formula I as W is W'; R<2> is H, CH3 or C2H5; A is expressed by formula III or formula IV.</p> |
