<p>The device has a temperature measuring sensor (2) fitted to an electrical connection (3) protected by a sheath (4). Soldered to the end of the sheath (4) is a slotted ferrule (6), whose slot fits over the sensor (2). Welded onto the pipe wall is a bridge fitting (11) with a screw fitting (12) in its top. The bridge fitting is designed to hold the ferrule (6) which is clamped against the pipe wall by means of the screw fitting (12).</p> |
