PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator of an ultrasonic motor which can drive a rotor with high efficiency and which requires a less number of processes and shorter processing time. SOLUTION: A stator is integrally formed of sintered alloy. On an outer surface of a base 10 fixed in a housing, a supporting section 11 is formed. And, a ring shaped vibrating section 12 is formed on an outer surface of the supporting section 11. On a lower face of the vibrating section 12, a piezoelectric element is pasted. The supporting section 11 is formed sufficiently thin since it was pressurized after sintering. In the supporting section, a plurality of through holes 13 which pass through in the axis direction are formed at equal angle intervals. |
