PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk capable of making access to an information surface at high speed and having a multilayered information surface. SOLUTION: A first information surface 108 is formed on a transparent substrate 101 and completely covered with a first translucent film 102. The transparent substrate 101 and the first translucent film 102 are covered with a first transparent film 103. As for each integer value K from two to N (N is an integer larger than three), a Kth information surface 110 is formed on a (K-1)th transparent film. A Kth information surface is completely covered with a Kth light reflective film 106. A (N-1)th transparent film and a Nth light reflective film 106 are covered with a protection layer 107. The innermost peripheral part of the Kth information surface 110 is formed on the side of the inner periphery closer than the innermost peripheral part of the (K-1)th information surface. |
