PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly accurately perform acceptance of a restoration request, assignment of a maintenance person and confirmation of completion, by displaying restoration supervisory operation information including customer information based on trouble information, displaying information of assigned maintenance person and restoration supervisory operation information corresponding to the customer information, and displaying restoration completion information in the restoration supervisory operation information corresponding to the customer information. SOLUTION: When trouble information of a building equipment is input from an input part 11, a control part 16 reads customer information from the first memory part 12b stored in the third memory part 12d, and to read restoration supervisory operation information, stored in the third memory part 12d, displayed in a display part 13. By inputting indicating information of assigning a maintenance person in change of restoration work, maintenance person information is read from the second memory part 12c to be displayed. Based on this display, the maintenance person is selected and stored in the third memory part 12d, to read restoration supervisory operation information including the maintenance person displayed. Restoration work completion information, when input, is stored in the third memory part 12d correspondingly to the customer information, to display restoration supervisory operation information including the restoration work completion information. |
