PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the lowering of the response performance of a speed regulator when providing a drooping characteristic in its output, by altering suitably its gain. SOLUTION: A feedback circuit for feeding back the output of a speed regulator 11 via a drooping gain circuit 14 and a first switch 15 to the input side thereof, a circuit for setting the gain computed by a characteristic circuit 21 to the speed regulator 11 via a second switch 22 are provided. While the first and second switches 15, 22 are closed when a plurality of motors are operated sharing their loads, the gain of the speed regulator 11 is varied by closing the first switch 15, so that the response performance of the speed regulator 11 is lowered. This defect is avoided by setting the gain computed through the characteristic circuit 21 to the speed regulator 11 via the second switch 22. |
