A car-type multi-CD player is provided reduces possibly the number of motors and components of a system and minimizes a size of the system by practically using a pick-up sliding motor and a horizontal transfer motor for locking and converting power. The car-type multi-CD player, provided with a rotating unit for rotating a disk, a reproducing unit having a clamp for mounting the disk and a pick-up facing the disk, a magazine for receiving plural disks, a tray supporting the magazine and reciprocating between inside and outside a receiving region adjacent to the disk reproducing unit, a driving unit for driving the tray when the disk is drawn from the magazine so as for the magazine to be protruded from the receiving region, and a drawing and mounting unit for drawing the disk from the magazine when the magazine moves to the receiving region and mounting the disk at the reproducing unit, includes a pick-up base(2) assembly support unit for rendering a pick-up base to move freely over a main chassis(1) by a damper unit when the tray is playing, and the pick-up base(2) to be fixed to the main chassis(1) by using a locking unit when the disk is changed; and a driving unit for converting a power of a pick-up sliding motor(8) by a power converting unit and driving a vertical transfer unit and a pick-up sliding unit for selecting and loading by using the pick-up sliding motor.
