PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a reply by using the existing telephone betting service and the large amount information provision service in the 2-way program and to attain a broadcast program in which plural questions are related to each reply. SOLUTION: A two-way program expecting a reply is broadcast from a broadcast station and a telephone station receives the reply from a respondent with respect to the two-way broadcast through a telephone line 31. The information using a voice such as a reception call end message is sent to the reply party and the telephone betting service or the large amount information providing service of a telephone station 30 is used to attain 2-way broadcast. The telephone station is provided with an automatic reception call reply device 34 and includes control information and/or reply relating information to a reply device 25 of a reply party to a voice sent to the reply party. The reply device 25 of the reply party receives the information from the reply destination and decodes it and control or processing is conducted in accordance with the decoding result.
