PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a travelling object communication system where a limited frequency is effectively utilized without inclination in a specified radio wave zone and also call loss is reduced. SOLUTION: The system is provided with a congestion control signal frame 4A having a reporting signal for controlling congestion in the radio wave zone superimposed on a downstream control channel signal 4 from respective radio wave base stations 20-22 to a mobile station 3. Then, the mobile station 3 recognizes that the reception electric field strength of the downstream control channel signal in the pheripheral radio wave zone is more than a set value and selectively decides which one of the radio wave zone of the radio wave base station with a frequency number being smaller than that of a self station or the radio wave zone of the radio wave base station with the larger number is to be picked-up by whether a value based on the numerical value of a self station ID number is odd or even. |
