SOLUTION: A robot-machine 50 traveling drive mechanism 10 using a linear motor and having a traveling rail 20 and traveling table 40, wherein the two elements of the traveling rail 20 and traveling table 40 whereinto permanent magnet pieces 31 and excitation coils 32 of the linear motor, a guide block, a guide path, a mechanical stopping means 33 and the like are integrated in a body are formed previously, and by assembling only the two elements, the robot-driving mechanism 10 can be obtained.
