摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the workability and the fatigue-durability, by forming a dowel of a composite floor slab for a bridge by fastening of high strength bolts and nuts and giving the same structure to the joint and eliminating welding works in the construction site. SOLUTION: Bolt holes are bored both breadthwise and lengthwise at every specified distance on a steel plate (skin plate) 2 of a precast floor slab 1 and high strength bolts 3 are inserted in the holes and fastened with nuts 5a to form a dowel connection. Thereafter, reinforcements 7, 8 are arranged and concrete 10 is placed to form the floor slab 1. A doubling plate 4 is fitted in the joint of the floor slab as well and fastened with the same high strength bolts and nuts with the floor slab and connected thereto to form a dowel. And then concrete is placed in the joint. The dowel is fixed and the floor slab is joined without welding works. In this way, the workability is improved and the decrease of fatigue-durability due to welding strains and change of hardness is avoidable.
