PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize effective use of energy by applying loads depending on the priority sequence when a power supply source has sufficient power and then suspending the loads in the inverse sequence of the priority sequence when such power is lowered. SOLUTION: When the sun rises in the morning, a voltage increases and an output voltage from a voltage detector reaches a drive voltage level, an electromagnetic switch 4C closes to drive a load 5C. When the load 5C is driven, the voltage generated by a battery power supply 1 drops but when the power generation capability of the battery power supply 1 increases and its voltage reaches the drive level, an electromagnetic switch 4B closes to drive the load 5B. In the same manner, the load 5A is also driven. When the sun is going to set in the evening and an output voltage is lowered to reach the stop voltage level, the load 5A is stopped first. With stoppage of the load 5A, the voltage generated by the battery power supply 1 rises. When the sun is set and the power generating capability of the battery power supply 1 is lowered, the load 5B is stopped. Thereafter, the load 5C is finally stopped. |
