PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent flow out of paper powder from a charge inlet above a breaking part. SOLUTION: In a treating apparatus of waste paper providing a charge inlet 10 comprising guides 21 and 24 and an auxiliary guide 23 above a breaking part 7 comprising rotating blades 13 and 14, other end of dustproof covers 25a and 25b whose one end is connected to the guide 24 and a charging table 20 is extended to the vicinity of the guide 21 and other end of a dustproof cover 25c whose one end is connected to the auxiliary guide 23 is extended to the vicinity of the dustproof cover 25b.
