PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish rated operation to be performed safely which is free from the drop of the actual rate of flow of the air supplied to the burner combustion chamber of a fuel reformer or an air electrode even if the location of the device installation is in such environmental conditions as high temp., high humidity, low atmospheric pressure, etc. SOLUTION: A cooling machine 7 is installed at the front stage of a blower 5 which sends reaction air to an air electrode 2 of a body 1 of fuel cell, and the air cooled thereby is taken in by the blower 5. Another cooling machine 8 is installed at the front stage of a blower 6 which is to send combustion air to the burner combustion chamber of a fuel reformer 4 for reforming fuel gas, and the air cooled thereby is take in by the blower 5. |
