PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic bearing device for high speed rotary machine with the simple structure at a low cost without using an active magnetic bearing formed of an electromagnet. SOLUTION: A rotary shaft 1 is supported on radial bearings 9, 10 formed of permanent magnets and thrust bearings 11, 12, 11', 12' formed of permanent magnets. One of the radial bearings 9, 10 or the thrust bearings 11, 12, 11', 12' are self-control type bearing. |
