PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the manufacturing time of a base isolation mount, which is formed by laminating hard plates and elastic members each other, by integrally thermal welding plural hard plates, which respectively have a fitting flange at one of the upper part and the lower part thereof, for connection through an elastic member. SOLUTION: A base isolation mount 1 is formed of plural hard plates 2 having fitting flanges 3, 4 in the upper part and the lower part thereof, elastic members 5 to be pinched between the hard plates 2 so as to be laminated each other. The fitting flanges 3, 4 are provided with a screw 6 for fitting the mount to a body to be supported. The hard plates 2 and the elastic members 5 are connected by integrally thermal welding plural hard plates 2 with the insert forming, two-color forming or multi-color forming through the elastic member 5 made of the thermoplastic elastomer. This thermal welding is performed by setting the preformed hard plates 2 in a die, and thereafter, filling a space between the hard plates 2 with the thermoplastic elastomer, pressuring the thermoplastic elastomer. |
