PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reversible thermal record medium with which image density is not lowered at the time of formation of images even when image formation and deletion are repeated, change of contrast is only a little, repetition durability is improved, and a clear image having high contrast can be obtained. SOLUTION: In a reversible thermal record medium having, on a support body, a heat sensitive layer which contains at least a resin and is temperature- dependent and its transparency changes reversibly, an ultraviolet rays or electron rays curing resin is used as a resin matrix in the heat sensitive layer. An elastic modulus of the heat sensitive layer cured by irradiation of ultraviolet rays or electron rays at a rubber-like area whose temperature exceeds a glass transition temperature is within a range not less than 6×10<6> and less than 10<7> dyn/cm<2> . |
