PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operability without the necessity of the revision of the input mode when different kinds of characters are inputted by devising characters of Kana (Japanese syllabary), alphabets and numerals to be inputted in a single entry mode. SOLUTION: The telephone set is provided with a registration key 61 to command the setting of the registration/correction mode and an input character table 31, in which Kana (a Japanese syllabary), alphabets and numerals are assigned to keys so as to be inputted cyclicly independently of kinds of the characters in the registration/correction mode. When a key is inputted in the registration/correction mode, a control section 2 specifies the inputted character by referring to the input character table 31. |
