<p>PURPOSE: To raise and fall a patient from a base to facilitate replacement of a sheet by arranging vertically moving members through sprockets driven by a motor on both sides of each of head part side and ankle side vertical parts for laying a patient, and raising and lowering two lift bars arranged on both the sides. CONSTITUTION: A helper first lays a net 10 on a body of a lying patient, and mounts a net hanging tool 9 attached on the net 10 on a net fixture 8 provided on a lift bar 7. Then, a raising and lowering unit of the lift bar 7 is operated to raise the lift bar 7, and a sheet or quilt is replaced in the state where the patient is floated from a bed. In this lift bar raising and lowering unit, female screws to be geared with vertical male screw shafts rotated by a motor are arranged in the center parts of boards 3, 4, and four guide rollers provided on both the sides are mutually connected into a loop form by a wire rope. Lift blocks 6 formed outside the boards 3, 4 are raised and lowered through the wire rope.</p> |
