PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject light source device easily ensuring the peak value of pulse light and easily controlling a pulse interval. SOLUTION: A light emitting timing designation circuit 240 forms a lighting designating signal SWi designating the lighting/non-lighting of a semiconductor laser 110i (i=1 to N) and a delay designation signal DLi designating the mutual lighting timing of the semiconductor laser 110i corresponding to the characteristics of an object to be irradiated to output them to a switch circuit 220i and a delay circuit 220i . The fundamental timing signal outputted from a fundamental timing circuit 210 becomes a light emitting signal through the switch circuit 220i and the delay circuit 220i to oscillate the semiconductor laser 110i of a light source part 100. The light outputted from the semiconductor laser 110i is inputted to a light transmission part 300 to be brought to the light pulse row advancing through almost the same light path in a waveguide and outputted to irradiate the object to be irradiated. |
